Reach out to us and we will send you a return authorization (RA) number to write on your return. We do not cover any return shipping cost. After we receive your item in good condition, please allow 5-8 business days for your account to be accredited. All items purchased online cannot be returned in stores. Any shipping is not refundable. Items deemed unacceptable by our Returns Department will be returned to the designated customer where the shipping fee will be held responsible by said customer. 

Be sure to email us directly at and a customer care representative will present to you a unique RA (Return Authorization) number with specific instructions. Bear in mind, we are not held responsible for lost returns or exchanges during transit or marked delivered. Returns or exchanges will not be processed without a RA number present on the package.

Exchanges can only be processed for items of the same value. Existing discount codes can only be applied to exchanges for items of same value or less.
